We’ll have regular check-ins for support and feedback as you experiment with new approaches, deepen your understanding, practice new behaviors, and strengthen your skills.

We’ll work to overcome any barriers that arise. Success will be measured against milestone along the way.

3.) Progress Review

At regular intervals we’ll reflect on your progress and growth. We’ll revisit your goals and ensure any progress you’ve is durable. We’ll also plan for any upcoming challenges so you can face the future feeling ready.

By evaluating progress using a structured cadence, you’ll always know whether you’re on-plan. If you’re not, we’ll reassess as required to meet your goals.
