Types of Assessments

All of the assessments used are valid, reliable measures that provide you with objective data about yourself.

Comprehensive Leadership Profile

How am I performing as a leader?

Gain a comprehensive picture of your leadership strengths, blind-spots, underlying motivators, and reputation. Includes the Hogan Personality Inventory, the Hogan Development Survey, the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory and 360 multi-rater feedback. This information will help you increase your self-awareness, overcome your short-comings, capitalize on your strengths, and ultimately elevate your leadership.

Personality

Who am I as a person and a leader?

Your personality affects your ability to achieve your goals and get along with other people. The Hogan Personality Inventory provides a reliable, objective portrait of your everyday personality, including your strengths, and shortcomings. Discover what type of leader you are, how other people tend to view you, how you approach work, and how you manage stress. The results will also tell you how well you’d perform in different types of roles and occupations.

Leadership Risks & Blind Spots

What are my blind-spots as a leader?

Understand the dark side of your personality, the overused strengths that could derail your career, disrupt your relationships, and damage your reputation. We all have a dark side, and the more you know about yours, the more you can mitigate its effects. The Hogan Development Survey is a reliable, objective assessment of the behaviors that tend to emerge when you feel stressed, bored, complacent, or tired. These behaviors are usually effective in the short-term, but can have long-term negative consequences for your reputation and your relationships. Understanding these overused strengths can be especially important if you have a demanding job, or if you’re moving into positions that require taking on greater responsibilities.

Values and Motivation

What drives me?

Gain a deeper understanding about what you want out of your life and career. The Hogan Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory is a reliable, objective assessment of your core values, motivators, and interests. The results will tell you what kind of organizational culture would be the best fit for you as well as what type of culture you’re likely to create as a leader. You’ll also discover the type of positions you would find the most satisfying and fulfilling.

Strengths

What am I good at?

Learn about your natural talents and the areas you tend to excel. The strengths assessment measures the intensity of your talents across multiple domains. Knowing your strengths can help you create an upward spiral of success. Focusing on what you do best builds momentum that compounds over time, culminating in higher levels of achievement. By fully utilizing your strengths, you can overcome challenges more easily and feel that much more fulfilled by your work.

Interpersonal Style

How do I relate to others?

Understand how you tend to work with other people, including how you react to people with different personalities. The interpersonal assessment provides you with objective, reliable information about how you tend to interact with other people. This knowledge can help you build stronger relationships, navigate conflict, and communicate more effectively.

360 Multi-Rater Feedback

What’s my reputation in my organization?

Discover how you’re truly perceived by other people in your organization. The 360 assessment provides an honest, real-time snapshot of your attitude, behavior, and performance as seen by others. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of your strengths, growth areas, and leadership abilities. You’ll also increase your level of self-awareness by seeing how your self-assessment compares others’ feedback about you. Greater self-awareness can help you become an even more effective leader.
